Erin Phillips

I recently received my MFA in children's and young adult literature from Hollins University. I work as a librarian at a local public middle  school, where I love helping students pick out just the right book.

 

I tend to write mostly middle grade and young adult fiction, and I'm an agented author, although I have not had my fiction published as of yet. My genres of choice tend to be fantasy and sci-fi, although I have been known to fart out something not completely unlike poetry from time to time. 

I am autistic and have ADHD, so I'm a big advocate for #ownvoices stories, particularly in relation to autism and mental health.

In my spare time (when I have any) I can be found producing mediocre electronic music, creating digital drawings/paintings, or playing video games.
